What we build, plainly.

Every plan starts with your family. These are the documents that make it official.

Wills

A court-recognized document naming guardians for your kids and backing up your trust.

A will is your backup plan. It names guardians for minor children and directs anything not already in your trust, so nothing falls through the cracks.

Revocable living trusts

Keep your house and accounts out of probate court.

A revocable trust holds title to your assets while you're alive and passes them directly to your family when you're gone, without a judge, without public court records, and usually faster than probate.

Powers of attorney

Someone you trust can act for you if you can't.

A power of attorney lets a person you choose handle your finances and legal affairs if you're incapacitated, so your family isn't stuck asking a court for permission.

Healthcare directives

Your medical wishes, in writing, before you need them.

A healthcare directive names who can make medical decisions for you and spells out your wishes, so your family isn't guessing during a crisis.

Probate & estate administration

If a loved one has passed without a plan, we walk the estate through probate court.

When there's no trust in place, an estate has to go through Florida's probate process. We handle the filings, the court dates, and the administration so the family doesn't have to figure it out alone.
